Terms and Conditions
- Only people who are permanent residents of The Republic of Cyprus and are 18 years old and older can participate in the Scratch & Win Campaign.
- The employees of The Mall of Cyprus, security personnel, cleaners and any other person who works for The Mall of Cyprus or is associated with the specific campaign, do not have the right to participate in the campaign.
- Participation in the competition is done by spinning the ‘Wheel of Fortune’ that will be available during a special event to be held at The Mall of Cyprus on Saturday 23 September between 3pm and 7pm.
- There will be 3 winners for the ‘Wheel of Fortune’ competition, who will get 500, 300 and 200 euros respectively in vouchers of The Mall of Cyprus shops.
- The shop vouchers are specific and are listed in detail at www.themallofcyprus.com and in The Mall of Cyprus Facebook page. They cannot be modified or exchanged in any way.
- Visitors may have multiple attempts at the ‘Wheel of Fortune’ until they have one successful outcome in each of the 3 prizes (500, 300 and 200 euros). Each individual, however, will have the opportunity to win only one of the prizes.
- Upon having a successful spin, each participant will input his/her personal details in the electronic template available at the event.
- The competition winners will be chosen by a random draw.
- The competition winners will be notified by phone and requested to provide their ID number.
- If a winner does not respond to The Mall of Cyprus within two (2) days of being notified by The Mall of Cyprus, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and The Mall of Cyprus shall be entitled to select another winner. This procedure will be repeated until a successful outcome is achieved.
- Every winner can collect his/her gift personally upon presentation of his/her ID card.
- The winners may be requested to take photographs with The Mall of Cyprus management for publicity purposes.
- The Mall of Cyprus reserves the right to change any term of the Scratch & Win campaign without prior notice.
